    Cerinte

    - Microsoft Windows (instalare, configurare, depanare);
    - Microsoft Office (instalare, configurare generala, configurare email Outlook);
    - Minime cunostinte despre Active Directory;
    - Capacitatea de a diferentia probleme cauzate de software, hardware, reteaua de comunicatii;
    - Cunostinte medii despre retea si aplicatii standard de diagnostic (ping, tracert, telnet, netstat, proxy etc);
    - Cunostinte despre arhitectura calculatoarelor si a perifericelor si capacitatea de a cauta si instala drivere si firmware necesar acestora;
    - Cunostinte minime despre sistemele enterprise de management al flotei de calculatoare (de exemplu System Center Configuration Manager);

    Responsabilitati

    - Instaleaza, configureaza si ofera suport tehnic pentru desktop-uri si/sau notebook-uri conform standardelor interne;
    - Ofera suport tehnic primar pentru echipamente IT periferice (scannere, imprimante, telefoane fixe etc);
    - Utilizeaza aplicatii de administrare a infrastructurii si conectare remote pentru a interveni de la distanta;
    - Rezolva probleme asignate prin aplicatiile interne de Helpdesk;
    - Rezolva incidentele repartizate/semnalate de clientii interni conform ariei de responsabilitate;
    - Colaboreaza cu colegii de munca pentru rezolvarea problemelor (legate de PC-ul acestora);
    - Realizeaza rapoarte de activitate, conform normelor si procedurilor;
    - Indeplineste toate rolurile si responsabilitatile ce ii sunt alocate, ca parte a unui proiect, in concordanta cu fisa postului si/sau cu indicatiile primite de la conducere;
    - Asista la alte servicii (daca este solicitat), in concordanta cu specificatiile comunicate;
