    • 3+ years’ experience in digital products/ web development or agency environments designing consumer facing solutions
    • Experience in working with Drupal CMS platform or similar ones
    • Advanced understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles, with an eye for layout and design
    • Good understanding of data driven marketing practices & solutions in the areas of audience, lead and campaign management
    • Experience in working with Google Analytics, Hotjar, CRO Tools
    • Ability to collaborate with cross – functional teams in order to find ways and means to support business goals
    • Ideally familiar with the product manager role in agile delivery environments
    • Ability to persuade stakeholders to act in favor of user-centric design decisions, and to demonstrate, with data, the impact of these decisions.
    • Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication along with fluency in English


    Role: Our Digital Marketing team is on the lookout for new colleagues to join them in the quest of driving the business forward and creating value while working to enhance NN’s digital customer experience within the digital assets.


    • Define together with business & IT architecture the strategy and roadmap for NN’s customer facing digital platforms (corporate website and self-service platforms) and tooling as well as for internal marketing applications & solutions
    • Identify and prioritize unmet user needs, and translate them into product requirements
    • Collaborate with external providers and internal SMEs to define and realize the total user experience
    • Plan and execute formative design research and usability testing
    • Collaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or products/ channels
    • Train internal stakeholders on new features and/or products
    • Collaborate with product marketing to produce promotional and/or educational content
    • Drive the use of advanced analytics to generate (1) deep insights about product utilization and (2) real-world outcomes data
    • Develop and measure product KPIs, derive key insights
    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our customer, their journey and all touchpoints, business strategy, systems, company objectives and goals of the department;
