    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal, compliance, contract management or procurement function
    • University degree (in Business, Economics, or similar) required
    • Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken
    • Travel of up to 10%
    • Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
    • Ability to manage different topics at the same time
    • Ability to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way
    • Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships
    • Attention to details

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining Outsourcing Compliance tracking for identified Outsourcing Contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Provider Management
    • Maintain tracking and disclosure of Outsourcing Provider certifications (ISO27001, 9001 and others), mostly publicly available
    • Support service managers in classifying new and existing contracts regarding regulatory Outsourcing
    • Ensure integration of provider risk management into Allianz risk management process
