-Technical and engineering background degree
-Experience in Design and Development environment and preferably Quality
-Being able to work in a multicultural environment
-Fluent English communication skills
-Good knowledge of quality tools and methods: FMEA methodology, IATF 16949, VDA and AIAG
-Preferably exeprience in : V-Modell, DoE, DFSS, FTA, Q7/M7
Willingness to travel
-Flexible, assertive and strong leadership skills
Duties and responsibilities of the job
-Supporting the analysis of complex technical customer requirements and ensuring their implementation
-Ensuring and supporting the implementation and application of quality processes, tool and methods within the development process
-Performing / Supporting reviews, audits and assessment to ensure process compliance towards internal and external automotive standards and customer requirements
-Preparing and updating quality planning documents for product and process development as well coordinating / preparing initial sample inspection activities with the customer
-Supporting root cause analysis, definition of corrective and preventive actions incl. monitoring of implementation and carry out of risk assessments
-Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure as well guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks
