Sales Specialist E-commerce

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field
+ 2 years of work experience in e-commerce, Product Merchandising & Marketing, eCommerce Search Marketing & Data Analytics experience
-You have excellent analytical skills required to identify opportunities and business insights,
-You communicate results effectively and are enthusiastic about collaborative work
-You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, web development) and how to translate that into increased business
-You are experienced in Project management and have organizational skills
-You’re proactive and self-driven; you thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient oral/written English level, additional languages are a plus
-Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a general understanding of a CRM system.
-You support daily e-commerce business - process customer inquiries/requests
-You act as Sales key account Support – editing offers/bulk buys/etc.
-You create Reports and evaluations required for business insight
-You support Product Management and Sales with product listing on customer level
-You create and maintain KEA (ASIN) in SAP
-You create and maintain cases in HELLA portals (e.g. Salesforce) and also customer portals
-You support the European E-Commerce rollout, based on customer requirements
