Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 5 + years relevant testing experience in automated testing
- Experience in testing web based applications
- Very good command of English language, both written and spoken (by the way, please send your CV i n English)
- Experience working on an agile development team and with developers
- Imaginative (no kidding here) with good communication skills
- Ability to learn new languages with relative ease, experience with high level Object Oriented languages and Function al Programming
- Experience with Test management tools (Jira, Confluence
- Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments
- JavaScript/TypeScript and Protractor knowledge is a plus
- OOP knowledge is a must
- Team player
- Experience in testing on embedded devices is a plus
- Experience or demonstrated interest in IoT is a plus

- Understand product features
- Create/design automated test for testing product features
- Implement, maintain and execute test suites
- Test and validate product features
- Overall testing for product release
- Contributing to feature specifications
- Evaluate testing process, make recommendations as necessary
- Identify, and record bugs
- Develop and maintain functional and regression tests to ensure code is functioning as designed
- Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability
- Understand customer needs
- Participate in Daily, Sprint, PI Planning t o understand next steps of our software and prepare the testing activities accordingly
- Understand product features
- Review other automated tests to provide feedback and improvements
