Material group specialist - expert die-casting and/or stamping

•Technical competence die-casting and/or stamping: material characteristics, technology, process and tooling;
•Automotive experience;
•Travel availability;
•VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification with certificate would be an advantage;
•Quality Tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA, Problem solving) is a plus.

•Evaluate supplier technical capability and release;
•New supplier development to achieve the required Automotive level;
•Technical support Feasibility Process, Technical discussion regarding Hella requirements (Drawing, Test specification) with suppliers;
•Technical support at supplier in quality problems;
•Support for Hella interfaces in APQP process (mechanical design, Supplier quality, purchasing), Hella product development and supplier
