    •University degree;
    •Min of 3 years relevant work experience (experience in automotive industry is a plus);
    •Trainer or teaching experience is a plus;
    •Work experience in SAP Materials Management module or/and SAP Ariba is a plus;
    •Contribution to an international project implementation is a plus;
    •Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and Power Point);
    •Very good English is a must; German would be a plus;
    •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    •High level of commitment and initiative.


    •Knowledge Transfer (trainings): Preparation activities for training realization, perform classroom or online training sessions for the systems/processes in the scope;
    •First Level Support: Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify the root cause of highlighted system errors, to assess possible solution and to perform error correction or involve the 2nd level support if the case;
    •New Systems/Processes: based on the request, participate to blue print workshops as a system/process expert, perform tests based on defined scenarios and elaborate training documents, perform knowledge transfer (trainings) of the newly developed system/process based on the defined roll out plan;
    •Overarching Processes: process ad hoc or already scheduled tasks, collects the necessary information for the project and provide an overview in the form of reports to the Purchasing top-management.
    •Generate ideas to continuously improve the Shared Service Organization steps for the defined services.
