Functional Safety Engineer- Brasov

Experience in Development of HMI Systems (in best case Hardware/Software or System Development);
• Knowledge about ISO 26262 - Certified Functional Safety Professional or similar Certification;
• Experience in Safety Architecture concepts and Safety Mechanisms;
• Safety analyses: FTA, FMEA, DFA;
• Experience in reading the hardware schematics and to figuring out the critical paths;
• Knowledge about A-SPICE or similar processes is an advantage;
• Experience with working in a customer facing role;
• Excellent communication skills with professional and positive attitude, ability to work in a global development team

• Developing and customizing safety concepts for HMI products;
• Identifying and analyzing the requirements or changes that have safety impact;
• Supporting in implementing, verification and validation analysis (FTA, FMEA);
• Setup and review strategical Safety Plans and derive the schedules according to the project milestones;
• Reading safety analysis such as FMEDA and FTA, and make decisions for additional measures;
• Reviewing and controlling the methodical aspects of safety relevant projects;
• Developing architecture concepts, together with the system engineer, including the safety aspects;
• Providing team lead with inputs for improving the Functional Safety Process;
