•Part of Global Organizational Management Team you will be direct support for Global HR Function in all areas related to organizational structures, position management and global Job Description;
•Ensure that Hella organizational standards are implemented according to business requirements;
•Control the position management process in the region;
•Leading the Global Job Description process in the region: creation, evaluation, assignment;
•Maintaining the global data base up to date and monitor the locations to follow the global processes and deadlines;
•Organizational Management Advisor for Hella locations;
•Part of the other HR Global Projects.
