    Cerinte

    University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance and professional qualifications (CECCAR, CCF and ACCA - completed or in progress);
    Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance practice;
    Previous experience with accounting ERP’s, such as Microsoft Nav, SAP, etc.;
    Good command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
    Previous experience in business development is a significant plus;
    Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills;
    Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills;
    Technology oriented and open to innovation;
    Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities.

    Responsabilitati

    Being part in BPS projects related to the preparation of the accounting and tax compliance evidence according to the Romanian laws and regulatory norms, GAAP conversions, preparation of management reporting, etc.
    Review the deliverables prepared by the team;
    Write and review accounting advices for client;
    Assist management team in advising clients on various accounting and tax compliance matters;
    Being actively involved in developing and delivering innovative accounting services;
    Maintain relationship with the clients;
    Handle multiple client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of the services;
    Actively support Managers and Partners in marketing & business development efforts (eminence building initiatives, client meetings and negotiations, drafting proposals, webinars, etc.);
    Share knowledge with the team and continue to learn and develop personal goals.
