    Requirements

    2-3 Years experience in automotive industry (at least 1 years in Quality is a plus)
    Experience in auditing
    Good communication and diplomatic skills
    Fluent English language
    Being able to work in a multicultural environment
    Analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
    Flexible, being able to interpret and translate IATF requirements into the real world

    Responsibilities

    Planning, preparing and supervising of internal audits, customer audits and (external) system audits
    Conducting process or system audits and/or full run in coordination with relevant internal and external entities
    Creating and maintaining of local process documentation in coordination with the process responsible (PLD/PDE)
    Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the responsible entities
    Planning and conducting of training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes, procedures and accompanying coaching
    Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area
    Coordination of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the central quality departments, as well as functional support to implement in the division
