Project Manager (Oil&Gas)

The suitable candidate should have:
• Engineering diploma
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager in the same area required
• 3+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry (Upstream)
• Experience in working with Primavera project management software
• Experience in working with Primavera Risk Analysis(PRA) constitutes and advantage
• Strong knowledge in project’s gates validation
• Experience in Offshore represents and advantage

This role’s scope is to perform coordination, follow-up and control activities during all phases of a project’s life, starting with the feasibility phase and ending with the closing one.
Main role responsibilities:
 ensuring compliance with safety, responsible for deadlines and quality;
 ensuring that the planned project assurance plan will be implemented ;
 offering support to the company pm with regard to the following tools: using vip’s & risk management workshop (monthly update) ;
 implementation of a risk coordinator;
 preparing the project deliverables respectively coordinates the development process of the project deliverables in accordance with company’s requirements;
 delivering support to the superiors in order to realize a proper interface management;
 developing and guiding the project team;
 coordinate contractors and subcontractors;
 supervise all project lines, service and staff functions necessary to execute the project;
 elaborating centralized project control reports;
 validation and approval of subcontractors’ deliverables;
 looking for project optimization and speed-up techniques;
 lead of project close out activities.
