Office Leasing Manager - Iulius Town Timisoara

What you will do here:

- You will develop and maintain relationships with the tenants of the office buildings in our portfolio. You will look for solutions for the issues reported by tenants and liaise between them and the back office departments in the company;
- You will prospect the market to identify potential office tenants, set meetings with them and present leasing availabilities in the Iulius Town office buildings;
- You will negotiate contractual terms and conditions, ensure the correctness and accuracy of the signed documents and provide compliance monitoring throughout the contract term.

What we require:

- Completed higher education, preferably in sales or economics. Knowledge or experience in the legal domain is a plus;
- Experience in B2B-type relationships;
- To enjoy meeting new people and building relationships, communicating and negotiating;
- Having a positive attitude and being proactive and flexible;
- Knowing how to prioritize your activity, meeting deadlines and to enjoy finding solutions for the issues you will encounter;
- It is mandatory to have a working knowledge of the MS Office products and B2 level English language skills.
