• Bachelor’s Degree in software technologies or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in software development or 2+ years’ in technical support
• Analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• General knowledge about DataModels relationships
o ASP NET MVC (.NET 4.5)
o REST APIs
o .NET Core 2
o Visual Studio 2015/2017
o Microsoft SQL Server 2019
• Understand the requirements of our internal customers (Deloitte entities) for future modules development
• Development of new components / modules for existing applications (.NET, Microsft SQL Server)
• Solve technical product issues and questions that our internal customers report to us. You will communicate directly with them using our Service Desk tool
• Keeping internal customers happy with prompt responses and excellent communication
• Collaborate and work closely with the development teams of the platform to solve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to gather feedback from our partners/customers for improving our platform or our technical documentation
• Reporting product issues to development teams
