Internship Technical Support Engineer
As part of our Professional Services team, you'll interact with our customers and provide level 1 tech support. This could be anything from tips & tricks to customization or deployment consulting. Get your attention to detail ready, there will be uncommon use cases to investigate. Just so you know, our customers hold a special place in our heart, which means you'll have to take good care of them.
When the Cool Hubgets Internship is over, you may be one of the interns invited to join our team. If you are still a student, we'll customize your work schedule based on your school schedule and help you with your graduation project.

What You Will Have to Do
- Deliver web-based, email and phone product professional services in English
- Handle support issues, whenever raised by customers
- Write educative articles related to various issues or product features
- Report documentation issues
- Assist Marketing and Sales on product functionality
- Report to Product Management about software experience
What You Must Know
- Very good English skills - write (excellent), spoken (excellent)
- Linux operating system knowledge
- Basic knowledge about network protocols, SQL language
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Proactive approach on problems
