About the Project - Building metrology equipment for precision measurements for optical systems. The project scope is commissioning the PLC automation software that will control the mechatronics of the metrology equipment.
Our team - The team will be part of a larger team that is working for our client that is a leader in the Integrated Circuits Lithography domain

Job Mission - Work in close co-operation with ASML and ZEISS colleagues from various other disciplines (software, mechatronics, electronics). The project consists of the development of PLC software and documentation for a Siemens S7 PLC that controls the OSC system and interfaces with a Siemens S7 PLC running a test sequence for the Metrology tool at Zeiss.
Job Description - The PLC commissioning support engineer is responsible for setting up, checking the safety and good operation of the PLC system.
The candidate needs to be familiar with the S7 platform and able to implement what the architect has designed.
Work is based in Oberkochen, Germany
Mandatory Skills:Siemens PLC, Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal), Siemens Step 7, Siemens HMI
Responsible for setting up, checking the safety and good operation of the PLC system. In addition, there will be bug fixing on PLC code and PLC code development for system hardware updates.
