- General experience in Human Resources no less than 2 years.
- Knowledge of HR Branding and Recruitment techniques.
- Advanced English Level.
- Desire to grow professionally and financially.
- Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions, including, but not limited to: HR branding, Onboarding, Succession planning, Assessment Centers, OD, Leadership development programs.
- Playing a central role, in conjunction with the Sales Manager in forward planning and strategy development for the facility as a whole.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Organizing and running orientation sessions.
- Providing support to the existing team in all Romania office legal entities.
- Participating in creating training programs to grow leaders and specialists.
- Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurturing a positive working environment.
- Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with Legal and Accounting leaders.
- Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative.
- Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
- Benchmarking and modernizing terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits for all staff levels.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
- Providing Management with valuable business and market-related insights.
