AutoCAD Engineer

You will be part of a fast-growing international team of engineers providing worldwide technical solutions for some of the largest global companies using AutoCad, Revit, BIM.

Job Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment
- Technical background – a plus
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluent in French or German is a plus
- Team player, excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Dynamic, ambitious and effective, willing to learn

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Technical Support for AutoCAD in French to customers and partners via phone, web and email
- Based on the issues that are being investigated, create or link Knowledge Base articles in French and/or English
- Participate in the online community for AutoCAD
