    Responsabilitati

    Gestionarea apelurilor telefonice si a fluxurilor de documente in cadrul companiei
    - Trimiterea si primirea corespondentei (si distribuirea destinatarilor), inclusiv aloca nr de inreg
    - Organizarea si arhivarea documentelor
    - Redactarea a diverse documente si mentinerea contactului cu diversele autoritati ale administratiei publice, banci, alti parteneri interni si externi
    - Pregatirea si actualizarea agendei de intalniri, programari, rezervari, etc.
    - Rezervarea de cazari si reservare de bilete de avion
    - Gestionarea aprovizionării cu materiale consumabile, birotica, produse de protocol, curatenie, etc
    - Tine legatura intre hr si magazine ( pt adeverinte, cereri de co, cm, decizii, etc)
    - Realizarea pontajului la Sediu si verificarea pontajuuil magazinelor (corectitudinea nr bonuri de masa, concordanta cu documentele primite de la magazine)
    - Traduceri de uz curent
    - Indeplinirea sarcinile primite de la superiorii ierarhici
