    Requirements

    At least 2 years experience in End- to -end technical recruitment with proven track record of successful increasing the Recruitment pipeline & filling the open roles.
    Experience in Boolean search is a must.
    Experience in recruiting & hiring Development profiles (Java Developer, C++ / C# Developer, Oracle / SQL Developer)
    Experience in Interviewing with Mid & SR. candidates within IT area (Developers, QA, DBA's, DevOps, SysAdmin, etc.)
    Experience of at least 1 year in drafting & presenting Hiring Offer letters to shortlisted candidates.
    Degree in Psychology, Communication, Sociology, IT or other relevant field.
    Very good verbal and written communication skills
    Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner
    About You

    You've done end to end technical Recruitment for at least 2 years in-house with a software company.
    You have a natural ability to dig up, to find "hidden" profiles, to try all the newest techniques of sourcing and Boolean search.
    You are passionate about research, hunting & turning the internet and relevant IT communities upside down in order to find our feature awesome colleagues.
    You provide an incredible candidate experience

    You are resourceful

    Responsibilities

    What you will do:

    We are a fast-growing multinational company, so you'll likely get experience on different end-to-end recruitment projects across the organization. That said, here are some of the things you will do:

    Identify talented candidates. You'll experiment by yourself or by working in tandem with our Talent Acquisition Partner to reach out efficiently to potential candidates
    Emphasize diversity and inclusivity. You'll look for traditional and non-traditional methods to increase the likelihood we can bring new perspectives to the team
    Find or create new sources of talent. LinkedIn might be a great tool, but you'll always look for new and unique ways to source talented folks
    Interview candidates. You'll be their first point of contact, presenting Cognyte's opportunities but also assess their motivation & overall match with our culture and long term opportunities.
    Successfully juggle a variety of roles at once. At any given time, you could be working on filling 5-10 (or more) open roles from a C# or C++Developer to QA Engineer to Java Developer.
    Develop a diverse pipeline for all current and future roles
    Be the consultant and advisor of our Hiring Managers in every topic related to Recruitment and not only: Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Interviewing Techniques, ATS system, etc.
