    Qualifications

    • University degree in financial area;
    • Advanced English level (German would be an advantage);
    • ?Controlling comprehension and 2-3 years of experience in controlling purchasing:
    • Advanced IT know-how (especially MS Office/Teams, Power BI, SAP);
    • High analytical skills and understanding of figures;
    • Communication and presentation skills;
    • Systematic, precise and independent working style;
    • Self-confidence & assertiveness, willingness to take over responsibility;
    • Motivation to work in global teams.

    Job Description

    • Coordination for automotive - Purchasing Business Plan Process;
    • Calculation of relevant data for Business Plan (Key Values, Business Plan Purchasing Volume, Special effects, scenarios);
    • Coordination with IT departments for relevant calculations in data warehouse;
    • Coordination with purchasing departments for relevant input;
    • Support in target discussions of purchasing departments with automotive divisions;
    • Support in target break down for NEG and RPP for different level (e.g. divisional level, business unit level, material field level);
    • Support in Subsequent Planning Process: automated process to calculate Planned Production Costs for all automotive purchasing part numbers including target setting.
