Minimum 5 years of previous experience in Software Development;
Proven past hands-on experience with PHP programming;
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle;
Past experience in a formal or informal technical leadership role;
Highly motivated and self-driven;
Team player with very good communication skills;
Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
Experience with a continuous integration tool such as Jenkins;
Previous experience of working with/implementing GraphQL APIs;
Good understanding of unit testing principles and frameworks (e.g. PHPUnit, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, etc.);
Experience in working with file storage systems (FTP, S3, Ceph);
Previous experience with TypeScript and Webpack;
Good understanding of GitLab, including maintenance;
Previous experience with Puppet and Debian (aptly + package building);
Familiarity with databases and Docker containers;
Past experience working in an Agile development environment
Join a cross-functional agile team and drive together with colleagues the renovation and migration of the department core product
Work closely with developers from both project streams (renovation & migration), synchronise with them, lead the technical effort and assist them hands-on when needed;
Analyze requirements, clarify details and assess effort and impact;
Write quality code and adhere to best practices and respected standards in the industry;
Perform bug fixes, hotfixes, patches and security fixes when needed;
Work with complex data structures
