Event Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the development of our online & offline projects and personalized campaigns;  

• Contribute to the implementation of the promotional campaigns for our projects, using a mix of specialized tools and channels such as paid media or e-mail marketing;  

• Create content and personalized messages for different channels in order to boost the sale of the projects; 

• Contribute to the development of the right strategies and implement initiatives to boost the tickets sales and reach the target audience;  

• Maintain project timelines and priorities;  

• Work with graphic designers to develop promotional materials;  

• Generate ideas together with the team; 

• Writing clear, persuasive and original content;  

• Managing database in order to send dedicated e-mail campaigns; 

• Sourcing, selecting and approaching potential participants from sourcing desired profiles on different channels;  

• Creating reports based on the results of the projects;  

• Prepare weekly reports related to the sales activity or other materials needed in order to boost ticket sales, if necessary;  

• Know the benefits of tickets and packages for the event in order to create promotional packages and personalized offers depending on the customers' need, if necessary; 

*Having the possibility to have an active role in the event management team to coordinate one of our projects at a certain time;  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Event organizer enthusiast;  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required;  

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is preferred;  

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task 

• Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;  

• A team worker, open to the needs of the team and to help when needed;  

• Being proactive and always searching for new sources and inspiration and ways on how to improve the projects; 

• Strong work ethic and high personal integrity;  

• A friendly and engaging personality with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
