- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting
- 2+ years of working experience in Controlling/ Financial Analysis
- English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.

- Ensures the establishment of the standard and the current cost for raw materials, packaging and finished products;
- Monitors and analyzes in detail the current costs;
- Determines the variation of current costs compared to the budget and acts as a cost analyst;
- Responsible for closing the month and preparing reports according to the reporting calendar / month-end, as well as recording the results in the company's computer systems;
- Ensures the communication between the factory and the local companies (external clients as well as those of the Group) of the information related to prices or transfer prices;
- Cooperates with other departments (Production, Process & Product Development, Packaging Development, External Logistics, Marketing) providing information to ensure the optimal functioning of the entire organization;
- Participates actively in the implementation of the Company's IT systems;
- Responsible for preparing various financial and management reports necessary for business decisions;
