    Cerinte

    • Operating systems: Windows 10, Winows 7, various operations:
    • Operating system installation;
    • User troubleshooting;
    • Microsoft Office Package 2013/2010;
    • Printers: drivers, setup, installation;
    • 2-3 years of experience with all of the above.

    Responsabilitati

    HELPDESK:

    • Participation in specific helpdesk activities;
    • Performs installation / debugging / reconfiguration operations of the equipment ;located in the headquarters: PC, Monitors, Printers and other IT equipment: projectors, phones, blackberry, etc ..).

    DATAROOM and SUBCOMMUNICATION ROOM MAINTENANCE:

    • Participation in IT DataRoom / Subcommunication Room cleaning activities;
    • Participation in the surveillance activity for specific maintenance operations ;DataRoom: HVAC, Fire detection / extinguishing system, UPS.

    MANAGEMENT:

    • Helps their colleagues and the department's coordinator to achieve the objectives;
    • Respects the existing IT norms and procedures in force.

    STOCK:

    • Maintaining the stock of equipment both on site and for POS;
    • Carrying out an inventory of the equipment in the headquarters and in the POS every 6 months.
