Delivery Manager Voice Core - Night shift

Connect44 was founded in the heart of Switzerland. Our goal was to support Telecom Operators and Equipment Manufacturers to design, manage and Optimise Mobile Networks. Starting with some of the first 2G voice networks, we began to grow our team of professionals to equip ourselves for new projects with new technologies and new ways of working. Investing substantial amounts of our budget on training, we started to move into 3G then 4G. Soon came the changes to IP networks, VOIP and preparing networks for large amounts of data by modernisation of old analogue networks to the digital standards. Over the past years Connect44 has steadily developed key longterm partnerships with its clients in many European countries with offices in Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Romania and Chile.

BA/BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Preferable ITIL certification (or similar).
1 year as Coordinator of events, project tasks or team.
Relevant technical background in the Telecommunication / IT industry.
Potentially have niche experience in Voice Core area.
Leadership competencies & team player mindset.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage.
Experience in an international environment and understanding of different cultures.

Arrange change requests, approvals, book resources, maintain the implementation plan.
Use of Remedy, CRQ production and management, Implementation Plan production.
Co-ordination of events, project tasks and appropriate escalation.
Diligent update of RAID register (project risks, actions, issues and decisions).
Contribute to project definition workshops, post implementation reviews, etc.
Efficient use of resources.
Responsible for the project delivery.
Ensure to maintain a good quality project delivery.
Manage challenging timescales.
Functions as per QMS (quality management system) procedures.
Performs Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines.
Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned.
Willingness to travel other European entities of Connect44 as required, to meet local teams and key client contacts.
The authority is a consequence of the nature of the job and of the tasks established or delegated by the department manager.
