    • Advanced level of English: at least C1 verbal and written
    • Minimum 1 year of generating reports and analyzing data with Microsoft Excel

    • To be professional and courteous with strong customer service orientation
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Technical proficiency – business software familiarity, contact center systems and internet navigation
    • IT knowledge is preferred
    • Logical and analytical competencies
    • A proactive and innovative approach
    • Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask


    Activities and Responsibilities:

    • To respond efficiently to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales
    • To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services
    • To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior colleague
    • To deal with all correspondence as required
    • To accurately log all e-mails and chats
    • To responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
    • To consult product manuals and advise customers of appropriate options and • solutions
    • To run reports and provide status updates to the supervisors
