Internship - Copywriter with French @Avira Jobs from top companies in Romania

The Challenge

Avira’s Regional Marketing teams are responsible to expand our software footprint in new markets, by implementing a mix of marketing initiatives aimed to increase brand awareness, to reach a wider qualified audience and to guide the users through our marketing funnel. 
You will be part of a team that will create relevant and engaging content, distributed via Avira’s own channels (website, blog and social media accounts).

The Team

Our team (Rest of World Marketing) is located in Bucharest, Romania. We are a team of passionate experts, with skills that are covering the full range of digital marketing activities. You are the last piece in our puzzle – a talented junior copywriter that speaks fluently French, is a master of words and is looking to learn about Social Media, SEO and other digital skills.

What you will do

• As a copywriter, you will ignite readers' and customers' interest in Avira, and encourage them to use our free services and purchase our products
• You explain complex content using usercentric, comprehensible, imaginative techniques, and communicate our corporate vision in a personable, convincing manner
• With a direct and clean sensibility communicating our brand as one of Germany's most successful software companies
• You write and translate text for email and web, fine-tuning copy with top search keywords in mind
• You will post on our Facebook account, monitor the engagement metrics and make recommendations on topics that will interest our followers
• You may create the Online messaging concepts for campaigns, web pages, and all other channels. You may write the accompanying copy, create concepts and make suggestions for imagery to be used in close collaboration with Designers and Campaign Managers

 

What enables you to do a great job

• You speak fluently French and English
• Previous experience in copywriting is a plus. Copywriting for cyber security or technical topics would be even better
• You are customer focused, writing complex topics in a simple and easily understandable manner.
• Your writing is SEO-aware (nice to have)
• You enjoy working in an agile environment, you enjoy having ownership on your tasks and being able to influence the priority list
