    Cerinte

    •Bachelor’s degree in finance, economy or in related field;
    •Experince at least one year in banking is a must;
    •Experience in restructuring, forced execution and insolvency is a plus;
    •Advanced knowledge of English language;
    •Very good knowledge of MS Office;
    •Financial analysis knowledge is nice to have;
    •Driving license B category - mandatory;
    •Availability for travel up to 20% ;
    •Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
    •Detailed oriented, good analytical, organization and planning capabilities;
    •Deadline commitment;
    •Stress management.

    Responsabilitati

    • Monitors the loan portfolio, according with internal procedures, in order to reduce the number of potential non-performing loans and clients;
    • Applies all recovery methods for problematic clients from their own portfolio;
    • Follows up agencies and debtors regarding their promises payment;
    • Finds the most efficient restructuring method for the clients;
    • Designs relevant reporting forms and optimal flows, in order to follow the loan portfolio granted to clients;
    • Interacts with the monitoring departments of the various institutions, with which the Bank has signed agreements and partnerships with direct impact on the credit area (FNGCIMM, FGCR, etc);
    • Verifies and issues opinions regarding the conventions / contracts closed with third parties and monitors the situation of guarantees issued by these institutions;
    • Prepares reports requested by internal and external auditors, for the clients from its own portfolio;
    • Participates in business meetings within the Bank, when is needed;
    • Visits the entire portfolio of allocated clients, as well as of the collaterals brought in the Bank Guarantee.
