    Qualifications and competencies:

    • Experience in the ICT area, or Organization or ORM, CFO, Operations, Procurement
    • Basic knowledge of banking business and products
    • Basic knowledge of ICT environment
    • Basic knowledge on UCS processes and tools
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent English spoken and written, as it is daily – full day – used
    • Organizational and structured working style, highly goal oriented

    Responsabilitati

    Key tasks and responsibilities

    • You are working in a global team located in Italy, Germany, Austria and Romania, managing about 170 service contracts with 80 Legal Entities in 25 countries;
    • You are coordinating all activities in order to guarantee that these contracts are in line with all requirements (e.g. Group standards, regulations, processes, authorities) and standardized;
    • In that way you are managing the complete lifecycle of a contract;
    • You are also managing the contractual framework including attachments with the input of the stakeholders (e.g. Legal department, Outsourcing Management, Service Management functions);
    • In this role you are supporting the Contract Managers in negotiation new contracts and updates;
    • You are administrating all the contracts with additional information in a common database which is used also by the stakeholders;
    • You are also responsible for the maintenance and optimization of that database;
    • You are involved and contributing to Group projects and initiatives impacting the contracts;
    • Consolidate reports/KPIs as required by clients based on services provided by UCS, interfacing all UCS units to collect data from sources, providing them through central storage and ensuring overall data consistency across the Company;
    • Steer and monitor report production-, validation- and publishing-process according contractual obligations, group rules or other agreements and documenting the overall UCS mandatory Reporting obligations towards UCS clients;
    • Analyse reports/KPIs to facilitate further harmonization and global standardization in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Process Owner/Manager, data responsible ) and supervising information on services provided (such as Volumes, SLA KPIs, Projects and Incidents);
    • Design and maintain UCS central report repository (Customer Portal), where all reports are accessible to authorized clients’ staff as well as UCS functions and Contract Managers;
    • Interface Holding functions for coordination on specific reporting needs, supporting and advising Contract Managers in client’s interactions on reporting matters, as well as other UCS Functions where necessary (e.g. findings);
