    Cerinte

    Candidatul ideal
    • Minimum 5 years experience in the banking field in the Operations area;
    • Minimum 3 years experience in management;
    • Expertise in managing and implementing operational processes in the Retail area - current accounts, debit and credit cards, personal loans;
    • Expertise related to the national payment system (ReGIS, SAFIR, SENT), SENT / ReGIS authorized user would be a plus;
    • Expertise in managing the processes of planning and ensuring business continuity;
    • Expertise in coordination and implementation of projects and processes, business requirements, operational reports and activity monitoring;
    • Extensive knowledge in the area of ​​internal control and the national / international regulatory framework (payment services, KYC and AML, consumer protection, etc.);
    • Knowledge in the area of ​​seizures, reconciliations, outsourced processes, would be a plus
    • Advanced level of English;
    • Advanced knowledge of using MS OFFICE (especially excel), databases would be a plus;
    • Capacity for analysis and synthesis; organizational ability, technical skills in understanding the processes and integrations of IT systems used;
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines;
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Operations Manager - Operations Unit

    •Coordinates the centralized operational processes associated with opening current accounts, credit administration, payments in lei and foreign currency, cards - issuance, maintenance and chargeback, back office treasury, current account maintenance activities, loans, cards, seizures, reconciliation with partners, outsourced processes;
    •Coordinates the business continuity plan at Bank level and elaborates specific procedures;
    •Coordinates the internal control activity at the level of Operations department, ensuring an adequate management of the operational risks;
    •Cooperates with service providers for each outsourced activities;
    Ensures the elaboration of internal working procedures and monitors their observance;
    •Coordinates and motivates subordinate staff, provides ongoing training and coaching for subordinate staff, preparing backup plans and professional development;
    •Maintains contact with the Central Bank, Transfond, Romanian Association of Banks, other institutions and professional associations.
