University Degree (technical engineering or food technology)
Proven minimum 2 years experience on a similar position within manufacturing, general engineering or food technology environment
Proficient mechanical maintenance skills
Strong leadership & coaching skills to build team performance
High skill level in Continuous Improvement to eliminate losses
Fluent english speaker & MS Office proficient

The Shift Leader provides the governance function for a cluster of teams (process & pack Team Leaders & operators), delivering management and leadership support to achieve business targets.
Leading improvement projects for operational processes, Shift Leaders have a strong understanding of the end to end manufacturing process. This includes the food technology and electro-mechanical processes and controls
She/he is able to interpret technical diagnostics, identify key issues and process risks
Understands the factory’s financial situation and use the knowledge to counter losses and eradicate waste
Leads project work to support factory initiatives
Apply core knowledge of Quality skills to sustain Quality standards in the factory operation
Liaise closely with the core factory functions: Engineering, Quality, Planning, Logistics, HR, SHE.
