Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Bachelor degree in business administration or economics;
Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus;
2-3 years successful track record of working in cost accounting, controlling or accounting departments, expertise in accounting processes and tasks;
IFRS, local GAAP knowledge;
Basic skills in understanding a Balance Sheet and P+L;
Basic SAP/CO, SAP/FI and advanced MS Office knowledge;
Capability to quickly understand complex business structures and ability to continuously and efficiently change processes.

Settlement of all SAP/CO elements (Cost Centers CC, Projects WBS, Internal Orders IA) and processing of the SAP/CO modules during the month and for the month-end closing
Execution of the Cost Center Accounting
Coordination of the interface between SAP/CO and SAP/ FI
Booking of provisions and accruals
Inventory valuation
Execution of the Inventory Valuation at month-end and year-end
Preparation of the basic Inventory Valuation data in SAP
Calculation of tariffs and Overhead Surcharge;
Accurate, consistent and evidenced booking
Ensuring of the necessary control environment
Preparation of the revenue recognition analysis
