Industrial Engineer

Key accountabilities:
 Prepares cost reduction programs for production;
 Ensure technical availability of necessary infrastructure to achieve the daily production plan;
 Creates, implements, maintains and displays the operating instructions for the installations, equipments and tools used in the production process;
 Creates, plans and checks autonomous and preventive maintenance performing of equipment and installations used in production area;
 Provides and validates training courses for the operators with regard to the correct use of the equipments;
 Provides support for the deployment of new products;
 Performs audits of production lines in order to use of equipments in the established parameters;
 Provides support for design and implementation of layout of equipment from production;
 Collaborates with maintenace department to eliminate machines breakdown in production area;
 Support engineering efforts to install and integrate new automatic equipment
 Maintains the connection with internal/external suppliers for technical support ;
 Provides technical support for maintenance and production departments on equipments;
 Develops continuous improvement actions;
 Ensure support for implementation of Lean manufacturing systems;
 Measures variations from the standard, investigates causes and makes proposals to reduce deviations
Required qualifications and experience:

Required qualifications and experience:
• University degree in technic field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in using specific balancing programs (REFA / MOST);
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and diagnosis;
• Experience with electrical, electrical controls, and PLCs (Siemens preferable)
• Capacity studies, considering production times, equipment availability and costs;
• Experience in audit of production lines.
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCAD.
