Job description

* Providing information and HR documents to employees who request them, regarding Compensation and Benefits, according to internal procedures and legislation;
* Participating in the development of the company's competitive compensation and benefits policy;
* Preparing the data for participation in the salary market study and prepare the results to support decision making;
* Reporting and analyzing on compensation and benefits;
* Rhythmic updating of the SAP human resources program - benefits module;
* Developing competitive compensation and benefit policy aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
