    Cerinte

    - English language is required.
    - Hungarian language is required.
    - SAP or similar ERP platforms experience is preferable.

    Responsabilitati

    Dealing with phone and email enquiries from customers
    - Issue quotations for spare parts and service visits requested by customers or sales representatives
    - Request price quote from suppliers when needed
    - Support to all Sales Managers and Engineers within the group
    - Progressing orders received and update customers / sales representatives on progress
    - Set up BOM for equipment or specific spare parts when required - Set up Purchase orders with all relevant details , send to supplier and chase for delivery update.
    - Run report on approved / sent order to ensure all is in order
    - Logistics for machine orders –
    - Receive any “Direct” shipment on SAP and arrange charge to customers accordingly - Set up Service contracts for any new equipment sold
    - Record installation of new equipment upon service report receipt
    - Record Service visits completed and arrange quote / charge accordingly - Manage spare part consignment stock on SAP , replacement of parts used and record / charge accordingly. - Complete tasks given by Business Manager
