    Cerinte

    Pentru deservirea echipei noastre de Consultanta Fiscala si Servicii Contabile externalizate, recrutam o persoana pentru pozitia de Curier – Arhivar.

    Cerinte:

    Candidatul ideal trebuie sa aiba:
    • Foarte bune capacitati de comunicare si relationare.
    • Capacitate de ascultare si transmitere a mesajelor in mod corect;
    • Capacitate de concentrare, atentie la detalii;
    • Foarte buna conditie fizica si orientare in spatiu
    • Insusiri de personalitate: seriozitate/responsabilitate, adaptabilitate, atitudine pozitiva, punctual si organizat, loialitate.

    Alte cerinte:
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF si utilizare echipamente de copiere/printare/scanare – cunostiinte medii
    • Engleza – cunostiinte de baza
    • Permis auto, categoria B (optional)

    Responsabilitati

    Rolul presupune:
    Curierat:
    • Deplasarea la multiple institutii publice (Administratii Fiscale, Directii Generale, Ministere, Politie etc.) din Bucuresti, pentru depunere sau ridicare de documente; sa fie persoana de contact cu reprezentantii institutiilor mai sus mentionate in vederea urmaririi procesului de emitere a documentelor;
    • Deplasare la multiple locatii ale companiilor colaboratoare (clienti, birouri notariale sau de traducere) pentru preluare sau transmitere documente;
    • Pregatirea/distribuirea corespondentei interne si externe:
    o Pregatire formulare si borderouri necesare plicurilor trimise prin Posta Romana (confirmari de primire, prioripost, note de inventar, buletine de expeditie, etc.);
    o Francarea corespondentei si expedierea acesteia la posta;
    o Creeare in sistem a AWB-urilor pentru curierat rapid;
    o Sortarea corespondentei/adreselor primite si distribuire personala/pe mail
    • Gestionare fond financiar pentru: plata taxe la diverse institutii, achizitie plicuri & timbre postale sau juridice, etc. si inregistrare decont in sistemul intern.
    • Suport administrativ:
    o Copiere/scanare documente si gestionare email
    o Distrugere documente
    o Distributie colete si incarcarea/descarcarea de cutii cu documente de la clienti sau arhiva externalizata

    Arhivarea documentelor societatii:
     Primirea si prelucrarea documentelor, tinerea in evidente si ordonarea documentelor in arhiva interna a firmei;
     Transferul si preluare de documente catre/de la compania de arhivare in baza formularelor tip (intocmire/semnare procese verbale de predare-primire, documente specifice de transport)
