    Pentru deservirea echipei noastre de Consultanta Fiscala si Servicii Contabile externalizate, recrutam o persoana pentru pozitia de Curier/Documentarist.

    Candidatul ideal trebuie sa aiba foarte bune capacitati de comunicare si relationare. Intrucat pozitia presupune activitati rutiniere, avem in vedere un candidat perseverent, cu simt de raspundere, punctual si organizat.

    Alte cerinte necesare:
    • MS Office – cunostinte medii
    • Permis auto, categoria B
    • Engleza – cunostinte de baza (avantaj)

    Responsabilitati

    Rolul presupune:
    • deplasarea in Bucuresti si in tara pentru depunere sau ridicare documente la institutiile publice (ANAF, Administratii fiscale, etc.) sau alte entitati juridice
    • arhivarea documentelor societatii, mentinerea legaturii cu compania de arhivare
    • pregatirea si distribuirea corespondentei interne si externe
    • suport administrativ.
