    Requirements

    Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
    BA/BS degree in Journalism, Marketing, or other relevant area
    Experience running and executing high-volume projects
    Experience with building online communities around a product or service
    Experience with modern email marketing
    Proficiency with state-of-the-art SEO tools
    Proficiency with social media analytics
    Knowledge of how to close-read a SERP

    Responsibilities

    Develop, manage, and scale a global content marketing strategy that attracts, captures, and nurtures targeted personas to measurably influence pipeline and revenue
    Lead freelancers and internal creatives to generate a catalog of engaging content, including eBooks, reports, case studies, videos, infographics, blogs, sponsored articles, social media posts, and more. Meet or exceed quality, velocity, and volume requirements
    Create and maintain an editorial calendar for top-of-funnel content, aimed at generating self-serve business that differentiates us in the market
    Produce content across a variety of formats and channels — in-product copy, blog posts, videos, templates, email, social media, and more
    Increase inbound search traffic by leveraging SEO techniques, categorizing and structuring content, and owning distribution strategies
    Establish and manage content frameworks, workflows, and lifecycles
    Break down complex topics into elegant user-friendly copy
    Research, test, and optimize content marketing strategy (personas, channels, calls-to-action, content type, promotion, distribution) to determine the most successful engagement formulas over time
