    Other info

People Operations is about treating humans as more than just resources. This lead will join a company that strongly believes well-designed employee procedures can boost the productivity of an entire organization. You’ll take on the challenge of improving communication and output on an entirely remote team. If your purpose is to build productive workplaces by breathing life into mechanical processes, we want to hear from you.

You’ll have to be able to think holistically about problems, and to move seamlessly between short-term management and long-term leveling-up. The perfect candidate for this job isn’t afraid of encountering unprecedented operations challenges, and shows a willingness to roll up their sleeves and turn problems into growth opportunities.

The company’s leads receive a lot of autonomy. You’re expected to come up with new solutions, and take responsibility for putting them in place. We also strongly encourage pushing back on senior management decisions in order to make sure you’re acting with the right context and motivation. Finally, our partners’ consultants relish the freedom of having no office or commute, and have complete control of their own hours.
