3 years+ of experience leading HR teams
Experience building new people systems for global teams
Meticulous attention to detail
An appreciation of clear and organized documentation
Proven experience managing stressful workplace situations
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience training and coaching people
Experience teaching leadership skills
A focus on excellent communication
Conflict resolution skills
Keep the HR team in touch with the wider organization
Work closely with HR and unit leads to equip the company with the skills it needs
Identify areas for development in people practices
Build systems to improve productivity in a remote environment
Ensure clear communication channels within and between teams
Build a knowledge bank of people processes and procedures
Identify and resolve people issues as they arise
Show respect for team members’ sensitive information
People Operations is about treating humans as more than just resources.
