    Requirements

    German or/and English skills
    Automotive Electrical specialist
    Automotive mechatronics technician / auto mechanic
    Experience in the maintenance and servicing of vehicles
    Experience in the topics parts, promotions and technical information, guarantee & goodwill
    In the KEFA areas focus on electrics, body, underbody chassis and drive train
    OEM vehicle know-how (wish)

    Responsibilities

    Research and procurement of information on your own for answering / processing / solving the problem cases
    Work in ticket systems and maintenance of databases
