Service Desk Analyst - Office 365 with German

- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Service Desk, IT - Help Desk Technician or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Ofice 365;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and also English;
- Excellent Networking skills (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP);
- Highly proactive with a can-do approach.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Co-administer cloud-based Office 365 platform, primarily OneDrive, Skype for Business, MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook and Exchange;
- Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Liaise with other members of the senior team to ensure that all tasks are resolved in a timely and acceptable manner, escalating and briefing effectively where necessary;
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
