What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree – preferred area of focus from Supply Chain, Economics
Min. of 5 years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within FMCG
Proven success in leading and collaborating in complex cross functional teams
Practical knowledge of inventory and network planning, SAP, MRP processes
Very good communication skills (local & virtual teams). Fluent English speaker

Main responsibilities in supporting Unilever’s mission:
Being part of the Foods Factory Leadership Team you will be a key player in the design & change management of the supply chain function
Deliver Customer Service Excellence within the cost & inventory targets
Manage obsoletes in Raw & Pack Materials and Finished Goods
Maintain excellent contact with Customers to understand local requirements
Accountable for innovation projects planning and delivery on time, in full
Creates short and long-term production plans in line with available resources and capacities. Resolves imbalances between demand and supply.
Fully responsible for external logistics (in&out-bound) in the factory (materials supply, planning, customs)
Collaborates with Production Department to deliver excellent Output Reliability and to achieve cost saving targets.
In this exciting role, you will also be part of the European Planning team and help deliver the agenda: change programs and continuous improvements through new tools & processes, training, etc. You are the planning point of contact for the factory across the European organisation (e.g. Logistics, Procurement and R&D)
