Raw & Pack Materials Controller

Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position, in a production environment / FMCG multinational company
University Degree and fluent english speaker
SAP Proficient (S1P), master data knowledge is a plus
MS Office proficient, numerical and analytical skills
Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines and attention to details

Ensures that all raw and pack materials are supplied in time and according to specifications agreed together with the central planning team
Responsible for running the local system (Sirius / SAP, MRP); for checking orders placed at supplier by central planning team, checking the orders confirmations and monitoring the deliveries until the destination
Provides medium and long term forecast for materials
Responsible for assuring all shipping documents from supplier and import documents for Romanian authorities
Acts as factory contact with suppliers on resolving incidents as occurred during the delivery of raw & pack materials
Offers support for new products launching or improvement for existing products, including samples and SAP contracts
Performs specific analyzes and reports for service, inventory and costs
