    PepsiCo a intrat pe piaţa romaneasca in anul 2004, achizitionand liderul pe piata de chips-uri de cartofi, compania Star Foods, prezenta in Romania inca din 1993. Astfel, PepsiCo a devenit unul dintre jucatorii principali pe piata de Snacks-uri din Romania.


    Strong knowledge about Supply Chain and Customer Collaboration/Service
    Previous experience in Supply Chain areas (2-3 years minimum);
    Ability to work collaboratively with several other functions: (Finance, Supply & Demand Planning, Sales), either through specific projects, strategy setting and operational aspects;
    Good level of Office Suite, Excel;
    SAP know how is considered a plus;
    Contribution to building/delivering the entire Customer Collaboration agenda is required;
    Strong negotiation skills with the flexibility required for cooperation in a multi functional environment;
    Decisive argumentative and convincing skills in counter-argument conditions;
    Experience in carrying out optimization projects;
    Good understanding of the mutual relations between the individual links in the supply chain;
    Good understanding of organization’s work, the possibilities and limitations of production, warehouses and sales;
    Good understanding of the specificity regarding the sale of products in the OT/TT channel and the mechanics behind marketing and commercial actions;
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    Advanced knowledge of English language;


    Facilitate proper course of the supply chain processes through:
    Ensuring proper data in the Customer and PepsiCo systems to allow for the execution of commercial plans and minimization of errors in the order management process;
    Verification and suggesting needed improvements of logistic procedures, both to customer site but as well within customer logistic network;
    Ensuring correctness of the data exchange between the Customer and PepsiCo including continuous development of the EDI communication;
    Identify the possibilities for cost optimization within the supply chain from PepsiCo to customer:

    Contribution to constant improvement of the supply chain efficiency through: initiation or participation in execution of assigned projects in order to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the supply chain.
    Efficient and relevant support for the cooperation between Customer and PepsiCo, with sharing the best practice to the rest of OT/DTS channel under the supply process;

    To contribute to efficient and timely fulfilment of the Promo/NPD implementation:

    Coordinating the launch process of new product deployment (NPD) and all the related preparatory works within client system;
    Efficient execution of the customer loading schedule and monitoring of the stock levels and NPD deliveries in the first weeks following deployment, as well as undertaking possible corrective actions.
    Manage/Coordinate customer event or promotional activities in conjunction with Sales, Demand & Supply Planning and other Departments, together with the team
    Responsibility for the creation and development of close cooperation with Key Customers and the KAMs in the area of delivery coordination and Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment – CPFR in order to ensure continuous improvements of the business KPI’s (Net Revenue, OTIF, OSA).
    Coordination and monitoring quality of delivered goods, level of write offs, level of inventory, pallets management, transportation costs, level of logistics penalties.
