What we expect from you:
University (Degree or pending graduation) in IT or Economic
Preferable/not mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, RPA
Experience with MS Office suite
Good command of English
Good communication and teamwork
Quick learning skills, especially for IT concepts and applications
Attention to details
Flexibility
Honest, efficient, dedicated and responsible
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferable experience in providing IT support for users or in administrative/procurement/finance tasks.
Job mission:
Contributes to the implementation of IT systems that are appropriate for users’ needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization’s systems architecture.
Responsible for Service Agreements management and for procurement topics.
Your main responsibilities and everyday challenges:
Contributes:
to the analysis of information collected from systems users in order to develop IT systems and applications
as a business analyst and/or developer for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and other systems
in testing functionalities of the application(s) before go live in order to ensure that the application is meeting business and users requirements
Ensure first level support for several applications (i.e. applications developed in Sharepoint)
Responsible for MBRO IT Social intranet subspace
Documentation of IT applications and processes in different applications (i.e. PlanningIT) or reports
Responsible for management of Service Agreements and for procurement topics (initiate PR, PO, invoice verification); contact person for these activities in relation with suppliers and customers

Contract period: limited for 12 months
