University graduate in an economical field (preferably in Accounting);
Good communication skills and proactive person;
Self-motivated and positive attitude;
Analytical and logical thinking;
Accuracy, timeliness, diligence, ability to work in a small team;
Good computer knowledge;
Very good knowledge of Excel;
Fluent in English.
Performs accounting operations;
Revises and registers in the accounting system all the documents received from our partners;
Checks the accuracy of the registration performed;
Drafts the monthly accounting reports required;
Archives accounting documents (physical and electronic);
Ensures fiscal compliance for the assigned tasks;
Prepares, checks and archives primary documents (supplier invoices, bank statements, receipts, other documents);
Other specific operations related to accounting.
