Customer Support Gaming with Polish

For our client, a global leader in customer experience management, that has been connecting customers with the world’s most successful companies, we are looking for a Customer Support Gaming with Polish and English.

You should have:

Responsabilities:

Provide Voice, Chat and Email support for issues such as: Account and Billing Services, Technical Support and In-Game Support
Offer assistance to customers for different devices, for a variety of problems they may encounter: in game errors, log in problems, account settings, etc.
LOB: Customer Care and Technical support project
- Inbound calls (40%), Click-to-chat (55%), Email support (5%)
