    Requirements

    5+ years of experience at a mostly-online business
    2+ years managing teams
    Track record of launching new brands or large projects
    Proven tech industry experience
    Proven ability to build work processes and teams
    Strong written and spoken English
    Knowledge of metrics, spreadsheets, and automation platforms

    Responsibilities

    Plan
    Outline project timelines
    Budget for required resources
    Structure the team’s approach to development using goals and milestones
    Report
    Ensure metrics for success are laid out and measured
    Automate the regular update process
    Identify areas for concern ahead of time
    Coordinate
    Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
    Work across departments to requisition needed personnel and support
    Develop communication structures for scrums, etc and ensure consistent usage
    Get buy-in from legal and finance for external requirements
    Execute
    Meet agreed-upon deliverables
