Purpose of position & Project details
Develop and facilitate progression and enhancement training for new hires and existing staff in order to meet and exceed all aspects of client needs and requirements according to policies and procedures (Product, customer support, communication techniques, management). The project is dedicated to the largest US telecommunications account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: C1 English
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a training role including creation and delivery of training materials
- Experienced with BPOs (will be a +)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; demonstrated experience effectively presenting to large audiences
- Highly effective time and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, progression of enhancement trainingÂ
- Identifying the project needs and material preparation following operational meetings
- Development of the training material and structuring of the training session
- Train new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
- Preparation of all documents specific to the internal training standard: training material, tests to verify the knowledge during the training, the need analysis of the training session, the training agenda, the trainer's guide, the guide of the training participants
- Centralizes and transmits to the training coordinator: test results during and after one month training programs, Kirkpatrick form, training report
- The monthly transmission of the KPI’s established in the analysis of the needs for the training session, after the completion of the training program. Assess individual each participant and class performance
- Participate in client interactions including curriculum feedback and client visits
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees
- Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered, including Security, HR, Operations, etc.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by the management team
